I guess my strength and weakness is that I write like I talk and prefer to let it all pour out as opposed to being too calculated and/or premeditated.

That said, part of what makes conversation conversation is the ability for two sides to disagree, debate and discuss...resolve or respect differences and celebrate commonalities.

And, like a presentation or conference, if a person takes away 1 profound/usable idea, then the goal has been achieved.

It looks like you found several (on both sides)
